Founded on passion, resilience, and a vision for excellence, FTR Group is a multidisciplinary consultancy rooted in interior design, hotel development, and construction cost management.
Our story began in 1998, when our founder arrived in the UK with dreams of studying medicine. Life, however, carved a new path — one filled with motherhood, creativity, and determination. After discovering a passion for design, she pursued a degree in Spatial Design at New Bucks University in the UK and gained experience working successful architecture and design studios in the UK with high-profile projects with brands like Tommy Hilfiger, Marriott, and Hilton.
In 2022 she founded her own design studio, after leading the acclaimed Marriott Hotel in Lagos and a boutique hotel in Iceland. These milestones laid the foundation for FTR Group.
Today, alongside her husband — a hospitality executive with over 25 years of global experience — and her two accomplished children, a lawyer and a RICS-accredited quantity surveyor, FTR Group is a family-led, expert-driven enterprise.
In 2025, we opened our studio in Albania, bringing international standards to the local market. FTR Group unites three pillars: interior architecture & procurement, hotel management & development, and quantity surveying & cost consultancy. Our integrated services support developers, investors, and governments shaping the future of luxury hospitality and residential design.
